Issue: Quota locked for 167 hours (7 days)
I already waited the full 7-day lockout period as instructed. When the timer finally hit zero, instead of resetting, it immediately jumped to another 167-hour cooldown. My quota is still at 0% and none of the models are usable.
This has now been going on for 14+ days with zero access to Claude and GPT models on a paid Pro subscription.
This is clearly a bug in the quota reset mechanism — the timer expires but the reset never actually triggers. I am not the only one facing this; several other users have reported the exact same loop.
Can anyone help with the following:
How do I fix this and get my quota working again or
How do I get a refund for the days I had no access or
