Hello Google Antigravity team,
I am unable to use the Antigravity agent. Every agent execution terminates with:
HTTP 429 Too Many Requests
RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED
“Resource has been exhausted (e.g. check quota).”
I reproduced the issue in a completely empty workspace with a simple test prompt, so this does not appear to be related to my project or code.
I also tried /usage, but it produces the same HTTP 429 error.
Diagnostic information:
Trajectory ID:
561ab9f8-50bd-4bf2-81c3-d4****
TraceID:
0x8d9df90ed***
X-Cloudaicompanion-Trace-Id:
8d9df90ed****
The error response contains:
{
“error”: {
“code”: 429,
“message”: “Resource has been exhausted (e.g. check quota).”,
“status”: “RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED”
}
}
Please investigate whether there is an account-side quota, entitlement, or backend rate-limit issue affecting my Antigravity account.
Thank you.
Hi @Sreedhar ,
Welcome to the Forum,
If /usage itself is returning a 429, that definitely points to an account entitlement issue.
A couple quick things to try first:
Could you try logging out and logging back in?
If you’re on an older version of Antigravity, could you update to the latest version and try again?
If you are still seeing the issue after that, please share the complete Trajectory ID (or DM it to me) as the ID in your post is partially redacted.

Hi @Komal ,
The HTTP 429 (Too Many Requests / RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED) errors indicate that your request volume has temporarily exceeded the per minute rate limits.
If you haven’t already, could you double check that you’re on the latest version? Upgrading to the latest Antigravity 2.0 (v2.12.2) or the Antigravity IDE (v2.5.5) helps a lot.
Pause for 60–120 seconds before re-trying to allow your rolling per-minute token allocation to reset.
Also, sometimes logging completely out of the 2.0/IDE and logging back in can force refresh your quota and resolve any sync issues with your subscription.
