Antigravity Account Verification Required Even Though Already Signed In

Hello Antigravity Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with account verification in Google Antigravity.

My Google account is already signed in, but Antigravity still shows:

“Verification Required”
“Please verify your account to continue using Antigravity”

When I try to complete the verification/setup process, the process does not continue successfully.

I also previously encountered the following error during the account setup process:

“context deadline exceeded”

Because of this issue, I cannot complete the verification process and cannot use Antigravity normally.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Google Antigravity.
  2. Sign in with my Google account.
  3. Continue to the account setup/verification process.
  4. The system displays “Verification Required.”
  5. Try to complete the verification.
  6. The verification/setup process fails and cannot be completed.

Expected behavior:
After signing in, the system should recognize my authenticated account and allow me to complete the required verification and continue using Antigravity.

Actual behavior:
The system continues to require verification even though I am already signed in, and the verification/setup process cannot be completed.

Error:
“context deadline exceeded”

I have attached a screenshot of the error.

Could you please investigate whether this is an account verification or server-side issue?

Thank you.

Hi @hidayat_Hasanah,

Thanks for reaching out! The key here is the “context deadline exceeded” error you saw. That error simply means the Antigravity app timed out trying to connect to Google’s authentication servers. Because it timed out, the app doesn’t realize you’re fully signed in, which is why you’re stuck in that “Verification Required” loop.

To fix this, here’s what you can do:

  1. Check your network: If you are using a VPN, corporate proxy, or strict firewall/antivirus, please disable it temporarily. These often block the specific connections needed for verification.
  2. If the app UI keeps failing, open your terminal (Command Prompt or PowerShell) and run agy logout, followed by agy login. This will give you a direct web link in the terminal that you can copy and paste into your browser to complete the setup.

Let us know if turning off your VPN or using the terminal command helps you get past the error!
