I’m using the official Antigravity app on Windows. It asks me to verify my Google account, and the verification page says it’s done. But a few seconds later, Antigravity asks me to verify again. Then I can’t use the app.
I’ve tried a few times and it keeps happening.
Error ID: 933c8f98-63b3-4766-a8fc-051222c9f2bb-5
is it a Google-side issue?
Hi @wjy030714, Welcome to the Forum!
Antigravity sometimes asks for an extra account verification, and it loops like this when the verification doesn’t get linked back to the app. A few things usually fix it:
- Use the same account everywhere. Make sure the browser that opens for verification is signed into the same Google account as Antigravity. If you have several accounts or Chrome profiles, sign out of the others or use a single profile.
- Set Antigravity’s default browser. Set Chrome or Edge as your default browser, and allow cookies for google.com while you verify.
- Finish the verification. Complete every step the page asks for, such as your phone number or a code. Wait a few minutes before going back to the app.
- Turn off VPNs and proxies. Try a normal connection or a phone hotspot.
- Restart Antigravity. Close it fully (check the system tray too), reopen it, and sign in again.
If it keeps looping, let me know!
