Antigravity 403 PERMISSION_DENIED / ToS restriction — request for manual review

Hello Antigravity Support Team,

I am requesting a manual review of an Antigravity access restriction that I believe was triggered in error.

Account email: mel**********@gmail.com
Product: Official Google Antigravity IDE

Error:
Eligibility check failed: PERMISSION_DENIED (code 403): This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service.

Context:

  • I used only the official Google Antigravity IDE and official Google OAuth sign-in.
  • I have not used third-party clients, reverse proxies, token sharing, token extraction, OAuth routing services, automation, or any other tool to access Antigravity.
  • The account had been idle for approximately two days. When I tried to sign in, the restriction appeared immediately, before I could use Antigravity normally.

I believe this may be an automated false positive. Please conduct a manual review and restore access if the restriction was applied in error. I am happy to provide any additional verification needed.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,
Hidalgo Melinton

Hi @Melinton_Hidalgo,

To help investigate what triggered the automated flag, please check the following:

  • Ensure browser extensions (privacy tools, ad-blockers) are not intercepting the OAuth sign-in flow.
  • Check if a VPN, corporate proxy, or custom DNS is interfering with the session.
  • Review the Antigravity FAQ—accessing the service via third-party tools or proxies can trigger automated security restrictions.

If this appears to be a false positive, please provide your Trajectory ID . It helpful to us?
