Allowlist request: Chirp 3 Instant Custom Voice (generateVoiceCloningKey) for project vitamodo-podcast

Hi everyone,

We are building a mental-health support app (VitaModo, a small independent project run by a psychiatrist) and would like to use Chirp 3’s Instant Custom Voice (generateVoiceCloningKey) to synthesize the doctor’s own voice, with his explicit recorded consent, for his AI assistant’s spoken responses.

Calling the v1beta1 voices:generateVoiceCloningKey endpoint currently returns 404 “Method not found” for our project, both with an API key and with a service-account OAuth bearer token. The Text-to-Speech API itself is enabled and working fine for standard synthesis.

Could someone from the team add this project to the Instant Custom Voice allowlist, or point us to the right process to request it? We don’t have a Google Cloud paid support plan, so we can’t file a support case for this — this forum was the only channel we could find.
