  • CPU and memory quotas have substantial availability.
  • Service has 94 revisions, only the latest receives 100% traffic.
  • Other AI Studio apps on the same account publish successfully.
  • GitHub integration is working.
  • No corresponding failed UpdateService request for health-co appears in Cloud Run Audit Logs.

This suggests the RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED error occurs in the AI Studio publishing pipeline before the request reaches the Cloud Run service.

Please investigate the publishing quota/backend state associated specifically with this AI Studio App ID.

Cloud Run quotas were checked and none were above 90%. The current health-co service remained healthy.

No corresponding failed UpdateService request for health-co appeared in the Cloud Run Audit Logs, suggesting the failure happens before the request reaches the Cloud Run service.

This appears isolated to this specific Applet/service.
