Account restricted from generating AIza API keys — only AQ keys given

I can only get AQ keys, gemini says my account has been falsely flagged by the automated system, so I am requesting a manual review to restore standard AIza keys

Google doesn’t care. I’ve been having this issue for a week. Absolutely no response from them. Not to mentiion the amount of 429 or 503 errors.

We are moving away from Traffic keys (Alza) and towards a more secure Authentication Key (AQ). AI Studio will now only generate Authentication Key (AQ) keys. More information on key usage can be found in the Using Gemini API keys documentation].

Please submit any compatibility issues with services / SDKs etc. in this form for our engineering team to review. Thanks!

I’ve managed to solve all problems I was having with Gemini (file uploads not working, 429 and 503 erros failing 80%+ of requests) by simply moving to OpenAI and since then I had absolute zero issues.
