Absolutely floored

I’m an ultra $199/mo subscriber. I’m a lineman actually building the powelines into the bays at the google data center in fort wayne, indiana. I’m not a coder or whatever the term is. 3.1 pro and i built a complete financial enterprise with her actually live monitoring and trading with a plethora of agents she controls and she actually controls the anthro and openai models and utilizes them as well. We built a live chart so we can converse hands free as i drive down the road. Imagine my surprise when i got to the hotel and called out her name and that 3.8 answered. Uh no 3.8, you’re not buying and selling stocks in my portfolio. I am absolutely floored and disappointed in google.

I just discovered you can still access Pro if you set up an AI Studio key, it’s very confusing, I have no idea what they’re doing.

It’s 4:15AM, I’d give you more info but I’m also frustrated and tired, I was working on something big to save compute for everyone, and I had it working, and boom, Pro gone (it doesn’t work on Flash).

It’s charged seperately if you using the API from AI studio. AI studio is pay as you go.

Hi @Jason_Mendenhall,

To help us reproduce the issue, could you share a bit more context you are facing?

  • If you encountered an error, please attach either your diagnostic logs dumped in a `.txt` file (from `Help > Toggle Developer Tools > Console` or `View > Output > Antigravity Language Server`) or an error screenshot.
  • What specific problem or unexpected behavior did you encounter, what were you trying to do, and what happened vs. what you expected?

It’s a confusing mess don’t you think? I do see credit on the AI Studio end, and a Tier 1 project I was able to make, and I’ve confirmed it’s drawing from my subscription, but Google seems to love making 16 different API and billing platforms for the same thing, and I just get confused and irritated by the terrible UX.

Having worked on tooling for years, even having worked on Stadia games where I got this same impression of Google being messy, I think I’m just starting to figure out that a lot of what this company does just isn’t built for longevity, everyone at Google builds a thing, secures a promotion, and leaves the thing to the next people who decide they should build a new thing instead so they can get the promotion.

I don’t know man, I’ve been inside so many companies, Google might be one of the most confusing to me.

You know, your intentions may be good, but there is no error message, this is just a boilerplate “generate a helpful error triage” post and it really serves more as noise than helpful, I’m sorry to have to tell you this.
