403 PERMISSION_DENIED - Verify your account to continue after verification

Hello,

I am receiving the following error when using Gemini services:

403 PERMISSION_DENIED

Verify your account to continue

Reason: VALIDATION_REQUIRED

Domain: cloudcode-pa.googleapis.com

I have already:

- Verified my Google account.

- Re-signed into my account.

- Created a Google Cloud project successfully.

- Generated a Gemini API key successfully.

- Confirmed my identity when Google requested verification.

- Resolved Google Play authentication issues.

Despite completing all verification steps, the error continues to appear.

Could someone please check if there is any restriction, pending verification, or account issue preventing access to Gemini services?

I have already verified my Google account and completed Google’s identity verification process, but the issue still persists.

This is very likely caused by an issue which is currently only visible in Google Cloud console. We’re working to move visibility of this into AI Studio. To resolve this: Open the Cloud console & select your project, you should see a banner which explains the issue / may allow you to appeal.
