Hello Google Gemini API Team,
I am requesting a manual review of my Gemini API project access.
My Google Cloud project “My SES Project” consistently returns the following error when calling the Gemini API:
403 PERMISSION_DENIED
“Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.”
I have already completed the recommended account verification steps:

Age information is registered on my Google Account.

Phone number verification is completed.

2-Step Verification is enabled.

A Gemini API key has been created in Google AI Studio.

The Generative Language API is enabled.

I tested the API from Google Apps Script, but the same 403 error persists.

My intended use is a low-volume internal business automation system for SES (System Engineering Service) email processing.
The system will use Gemini to analyze incoming business emails and extract structured information such as project requirements, candidate skills, availability, and other relevant fields into Google Sheets.
I would like to use the Gemini API Free Tier if possible and do not want to enable paid billing unless it is required.
Could you please manually review the access restriction on this project and advise whether Gemini API access can be restored?
I have not included my API key or any other private credentials.
