Problem:
Antigravity Desktop was working normally until about one week ago.
Now it no longer launches.
When running Antigravity.exe manually from Command Prompt, it consistently crashes with:
GPU process exited unexpectedly: exit_code=-2147483645
FATAL: GPU process isn’t usable. Goodbye.
The language_server.log remains empty.
I completely removed Antigravity before reinstalling:
• Deleted installation directory
• Deleted LocalAppData and Roaming AppData folders
• Removed remaining files
• Verified registry keys no longer existed
• Restarted the PC
I downloaded a fresh Windows x64 installer from the official website.
The installer briefly shows the installation window (“Installing…”) for about a second and then exits silently without displaying any error message.
Running Antigravity-x64.exe from Command Prompt also exits immediately without producing any output.
Other Electron/Chromium applications work normally on this computer, including:
- Visual Studio Code
- Claude Desktop
- Google Chrome
Graphics driver is already the latest available from Intel.
Expected behavior:
Antigravity installs successfully and launches normally.
Actual behavior:
- Fresh installer exits silently.
- Existing installation crashes immediately with:
“GPU process isn’t usable. Goodbye.”
I would be happy to provide additional logs or test a development build if needed.
