After restarting my computer, the agent failed to establish a connection. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I logged out of my account and performed a clean reinstallation of the application. However, the problem has escalated, and I am now completely unable to log back into the system. Even after multiple attempts, the login process fails or remains unresponsive.
