Why is there no "proceed" button in the Antigravity dialog?

Macs have a “proceed” button, while Windows only has an “open” button.

It’s weirder than that. On Windows, there is “Proceed” button - but only if you have the chat opened with Agent Manager.

As you said, the proceed button is visible in Agent Manager, but not directly in the agent on the right. Why is that?
