Why is my data usage 4 bars instead of 5 bars after the weekly refresh, and why is the next refresh time 4 hours instead of 5 hours?

The usage of bars in your settings panel basically show, how much model capacity you have left. Everytime you interact with the agent it eats into that capacity and the bar drops accordingly.
If you’re on Google ai pro, there’s a 5-hour rolling refresh built in so you can keeping working continuously. That 5-hour window rolls over, your capacity starts coming back. And also there is a weekly baseline limit that applies to the premium models, so that can effects things too.
