Very good question. I wonder why there is still a (+) icon in front of Create new prompt, since there is only one option left, the chat prompt

Good question. It has apparently disappeared, but I hope they will bring it back. In the meantime, I can suggest using this link: https://aistudio.google.com/app/prompts/new_data which redirects you to where the ‘Structured Prompt’ button would take you.
