what do it mean by ‘work in progress’? who is working in progress? very confusing

The phrase “Content blocked - work in progress” means that the content or feature you’re trying to access is still being developed and is not ready yet. It doesn’t refer to a person working on something, but rather to the feature or content itself that is still under construction. So, the content is temporarily unavailable because improvements or additions are still happening behind the scenes. Once the work is complete, the content will become accessible.
