What are the rate and limit in "rate limit"?

How do I find out what my “rate limit” is ? It seems to be a fuzzy squishy term for goading users to sign up for more and more expensive plans without any visibility into the actual numbers.

Thanks , the URL is for Gemini API rate limits. Is there a way to find how out much tokens etc. I am consuming ? The Antigravity agent is not predictable and often does incorrect things. Hence share of useful tokens is less than consumed. Also, the plans seem to jump from $20/m to $250/m. Can not use YouTube, etc for AG at $250/m.

The rate thing seems to be very arbitrary. I have not used it for even a hour today and it flagged “quota exceeded” and asking me to sign up for the $249/m plan that includes YouTube and other subscriptions which are not useful for AG.
