Vercel and Gemini API, a 524 Error at 100 Seconds

Dear Google Team,
I deployed a chat tool on Vercel. When using the Gemini 2.5 Pro API, if the thinking time is too long, a 524 error occurs exactly at the 100th second. I’ve already checked the communication between Vercel and the client side—there are no issues there. The problem lies in the communication between Vercel and the Gemini API.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this? Thank you!

Check if any timeout config is there in Vercel. I can’t find any error code 524 in our backend service error codes.
