[Urgent] Your thoughts on the Quota Bug: 20 minutes of usage = 7-day lockout?

The part that I think is jarring for Pro users is the reframing of what “Pro” means. It’s not just a “taste” or, as you put it, the ability “to experience our most advanced premium model” - but we could previously rely these models regularly to acheive better outcomes in our projects. I hope you can appreciate that. Most of us joined Antigravity in the first place because of the generous Pro plan, which I do realize was unsustainable for Google in the long run. We just were not prepared for this to hit us all without any notice, with many days of lockouts. I don’t feel the Pro users were shown that they were valued. Considering we are paying users, I would expect a little more care for what was, for many users, a big disruption in work we take very seriously.

Think that us the strangest part the total lack if communication I also went to this forum thinking I hut a bug. And was looking for the solution but on thus forum we must find out it is not a bug at all.

Anyway enough time wasted, time to move on plenty of opportunities nowadays.

A bug?
I don’t think so.

At this point, it’s difficult to interpret the recent quota changes.

First, attract developers with usable limits. Then, once there’s dependency, quietly tighten quotas, obscure token usage, and push everyone toward more expensive tiers — tiers that still don’t provide predictable capacity.

That’s not scaling a platform.

The opacity is the most concerning part:
No clear token accounting, no stable quotas, no reliable expectations — just a moving target that makes serious development increasingly difficult.

If it’s not, then the lack of control and communication is just as worrying.

Either way, this is not what a production-grade platform should look like.

100%

I think you have a valid point. This is not a issue. If it was an issue, a big company like google would have fixed this. This is since Antigravity launch. I am actually disappointed, but maybe someones thinks otherwise

I hope you/we are right. I have said this before .. but I will say it again…

I was on vacation and returned to a system that had not been used for 10 days. My vacation spanned by monthly subscription window. I booted my system and I was locked out of Pro and Claude for 6d and 7d respectively. I waited the 6d for Pro and when it came around .. it immediately went back to 6d and started counting down again. No usage was attempted. My Claude has a day or so left and I will see if it does the same thing. I have only used Claude a handful of time for a few minutes. I prefer Google Pro and Flash. So no idea why it is locking me out of Claude. Feels (at least partically) like a bug :crossed_fingers: .. they may have tried to manage quotas and there may be changes we won’t like, but a quota of 0 for paying subscribers feels wrong.

I am effectively a high-wattage human battery capable of powering the very Google infrastructure that has cruelly slashed my Antigravity quota five times this month, leaving me pedaling furiously toward a digital finish line that retreats faster than I can sprint.
