URGENT – Accounting & CRM App Suspended – No Backup – Request for Manual Review and Source Code Recovery

Dear Google AI Studio Support Team,

My Google AI Studio application was unexpectedly suspended with the following message:

“App suspended for abuse – This app was suspended for violations of our policies.”

The application was developed for legitimate business purposes, including accounting operations, financial record management, and basic customer relationship management.

Only this specific application appears to be affected; my other Google AI Studio projects remain accessible.

URGENT: I have no external backup of my source code. After the suspension, the application disappeared from my “My Apps” list, and I lost access to my original development environment and project files.

I respectfully request:

  1. An urgent manual review of this suspension by the appropriate Google AI Studio team.

  2. A clear explanation of the specific policy or activity that triggered the suspension.

  3. Preservation of my original project, source code, and available development history while this case is being reviewed.

  4. Restoration of access to my original application and development environment if the suspension was made in error.

  5. If restoration is not possible, temporary read-only access or an authorized, secure export of the complete source code.

  6. Guidance on correcting any specific policy issues identified during the review.

I did not intend to violate Google AI Studio policies. I am willing to cooperate fully and make any necessary changes to ensure compliance.

Recovering my original source code is my highest priority because I have no independent backup and have invested substantial time in developing this application.

I would be very grateful if this case could be escalated to the appropriate technical team for investigation.
