Upgrade to paid plan

I use gemini api for generating in my pothon script. But at some point I encounter an error related to rate limits. When I open the tab https://aistudio.google.com/app/plan_information , I see that the free plan is highlighted in blue. How can I switch to a paid plan? I created an account in Google Cloud and replenished the balance. But I still encounter rate limits, even when generating responses in this tab https://aistudio.google.com/app/prompts/new_chat

Welcome to the forum.

You can upgrade to a paid plan by enabling Billing in your Google Cloud Project associated with your API key.

Iā€™m on a paid plan. Check your Cloud project has Billing and that the Generative Language API is enabled.
