  1. Refresh the AI Studio page or reopen it in a new browser window.
  2. Clear browser cache and cookies, then sign in again.
  3. Make sure you’re using a supported browser.
    Please let us know if the issue still persists.

Multiple troubleshooting steps were performed, including logout, clearing cookies and cache, Incognito mode testing, and browser validation using Internet Explorer. Despite these efforts, the issue remains unresolved, and all prompt submissions return a ‘Retry’ response.

I believe the AI prompt functionality is not working in Google AI Studio, and the issue has not been resolved by anyone so far.

I am not getting any results, including suggested options that indicate what is not working or what might work. There is no proper informational response. In my opinion, the AI should provide guidance or precautions—either before or after execution—indicating what can work. AI is expected to understand the entire environment, but based on my experience here, there has been no meaningful improvement.

What browser and what time of the night are you using it local time to you?

I am using Chrome (including Incognito mode). The issue occurs continuously and is not related to the time of day

It happened to me again at 9pm. It got weird about 8:30pm dropping the roleplay and switching to it’s default state. I’m learning that’s my first clues something is wrong. Scooby Dum: “Clue?” (holds out magnifying glass) “DUM DUM DUM DUUUUUUUUUUM!” “Clllluuuueee?” (sniffs) CLLLLUUEEEEE! (Goes to the clue)

So that rules out browsers then. I figured maybe they were throttling it down to non Chrome users to prioritize their own browser but I guess going to Chrome isn’t the fix. :hammer::carpentry_saw:
