I used to be able to upload Zip files to Ai studio in the browser on macos and Linux. However, on windows I was getting a token counting failed error. For about 2 weeks now I have been getting this error on macos and Linux. I used to be able to upload my own project code as a Zip file and get advice from gemini. What is the reason for this? Is it a new update or a bug?
Here’s what I tried:
- selecting different models
- Change security settings
- Try with different Google account
- Try with different devices
- clear cache etc, try different browser, check my browser permissions
- Trying different files (my project codes that I was able to import before give token error, but when I extract the yaml files from the small files and zip them again, sometimes I am successful)
As far as I have researched, the general majority get this error in pdf files. Is there anyone in the same situation with me?
