Ultra membership bug - My quota refresh is stuck on 48 hours

Hi,

I’m an Ultra member, but my account’s quota refresh is completely broken.

The refresh interval should be 5 hou

rs, but mine is somehow stuck on a 48-hour cycle. I have already waited for more than 10 hours today, but the settings page still says I have over 22 hours remaining. (Please see the screenshot below).

This is not the service I’m paying for. This bug has stopped my work for an entire day now, and it’s unacceptable for a top-tier subscription.

Please:

  1. Manually reset my quotas so I can get back to work.

  2. Fix the refresh logic on my account to the standard 5 hours.
