Where can I find information about my rate limit usage throughout the day? I understand that the rates are outlined on this page: Gemini API Pricing | Google for Developers. However, I’m unsure of how to track the number of requests or tokens I’ve used throughout the day. Could someone please assist me with this?

Keeping track of cumulative token use on the free tier is something you will have to do yourself, I believe, and I would be ecstatic if someone proves me wrong, as in Google provides an interface for AI Studio users to look up that metric.
For the requests, there is an interface of sorts available. In AI studio, on the left side, use the Get API Key option. Then, use the link provided (marked with yellow arrow in my picture):
That will get you to your project’s cloud console. On the top left corner is a menu icon, 3 horizontal bars. That gets you to “Enabled APIs and Services”. The graph Traffic shows API usage.
