As any serious Workspace admin, I have locked all third-party API access.
To be able to log into this forum I have to allow the following client_id.
Build with Google AI, 108041427592-kcceenh479n5tprhlas7faeqetgdnje2.apps.googleusercontent.com
That’s common, and not the actual problem.
What is the problem, is that I am only offered to select Trusted, the highest acces, which allows this client_id access to all Google services, despite only login is necessary.
I know this is the same for almost all client_ids owned by Google, so I’m only reiterating what a poor experience and security approach it is.
