Title: Google AI Studio Build failing in Safari and Chrome — “An internal error occurred”

Hello Google AI Studio Team,
I am experiencing a persistent problem with Google AI Studio Build that is preventing me from continuing development of my existing project, Bossman Hotel Management System.
The problem began after an interrupted operation. Since then, the project preview has displayed “Failed to initialize applet” and “Failed to load app.” When I ask Gemini to fix the errors, I receive “The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again.”
To investigate, I created a temporary project and submitted the simple prompt:
“Create a page that displays Hello World.”
Gemini 3.6 Flash cancelled the request and returned “An internal error occurred.”
The problem occurs in both Safari and Google Chrome. Safari has also displayed the message “The webpage was reloaded because a problem occurred.”
My existing hotel management system uses Firebase Authentication and Firestore and includes booking management, Paystack payments, and a Guest Portal. I have also backed up or transferred my project to GitHub.
I need to restore Google AI Studio Build and Preview functionality without losing my existing source code, Firebase configuration, database records, bookings, payment integration, or other features.
Could you please investigate whether this is a Google AI Studio service, account, or project issue and provide guidance on how to resolve it?
