Hello Antigravity Support Team,
After I sign in with my Google account, the app shows the following error message and I cannot proceed:
“There was an unexpected issue setting up your account. Please try again later.”
Details:
- Region / Country: Japan
- Platform: Antigravity for mac & Windows
- Time of occurrence: 2026-02-12 23:10 JST
- Error appears: Right after successful Google sign-in, during account setup
What I have already tried:
- Tried different browsers (Chrome, Edge, etc.)
- Cleared cookies and cache
- Tried different networks (home Wi-Fi, mobile tethering, with/without VPN)
- Reinstalled the Antigravity app and restarted the device
Despite these attempts, the same error keeps appearing and my account cannot be set up.
Could you please check the backend status of my Antigravity account and fix it so that I can complete the setup and use Antigravity?
