The recent AI Studio update is a total disaster. When will this platform be treated seriously?

Is there is any solutions? I have migrated 2 apps. I fear that the data might have been lost. Is there is anyway to recover the content from previous projects

The recent Google AI Studio update continues to experience critical bugs as of 3:13 AM PST Feb. 20. I am unable to execute any prompts, and even basic instructions to the code assistant for minor adjustments return errors and fail to preview. I am concerned that one of my saved apps may have been corrupted or permanently lost in the process. I suggest we collectively submit feedback requesting that Google roll back the AI Studio interface to its previous stable release until these deployment bugs are resolved, and implement version control for saved apps so developers can easily revert to previous prompt states to recover data that may have been lost or corrupted by the present version.

Dude, you guys work at a multi-billion dollar company, but still cannot fix issue In your product , And neither you guys have informed the public about it , Properly Still, as you can see in this thread, that no one is able to use the platform. We cannot send the prompts, our preview is not loading, and it is currently experiencing a full outrage. Not even one model is working. And you are typing that issue is resolved? And matter of fact, your status are showing that all systems are operational.

Please bring back the reset conversation feature. When there are too many prompts in a conversation, my browser starts lagging and I run into performance issues.

I wanna say that I CANNOT keep my app now… I have the zip saved on my pc locally, cause google, but the fact everytime I refresh the page make all my app dissapear when I saved it normally by replacing everything with permission denied everytime make me so angry that I think this is made purposely to not have problems in their servers by storing our projects permanently… we had google drive, and it was our, so why turn this into putting it all on Aistudio if y’all can’t even safely store our project for a day? what is the point roll back this update and pretend this never happened, because this will cost you far more than just angry peoples blaming y’all in the future soon… period.

It’s still not working. I have modifications to make to my software, things I have to deliver to clients by monday, and I can’t get anything done. Google’s behavior is very amateurish.

Do we have any idea when we can have a fix for this outage?

I have spent considerable time making two outstanding apps on the Google AI Studio and both for the noble cause but confirming the migration washed my everything, I cant see the screen back, my app is in closed testing phase on Play Console and my testers are checking it time and again. Google Team please resolve this issue, its costing me alot.

AI Studio is top-tier for developers and overall, but please bring back ZIP uploads. I have project backups downloaded before the updates that I can’t even use now. Fix this, and the community will be happy. Thanks, Google.

Matter of fact nothing is working. My whole day is now wasted according to Indian standard time. Now it’s night. I cannot do anything in my project. I needed to add organizations and API to my app and now I can’t do anything because they have not fixed their app and I don’t think they are really serious about it. Because they have done no major announcement , they have just updated the status page.

So this is everyone is talking about…. Why exactly did you decide to destroy the trust of so many people using your product? Was it really so hard to just announce this in time so everyone can prepare?

Yesterday I couldn’t do anything since the it didn’t execute the prompts. However today I saw it had changed the default to Gemini 3 Flash preview instead of Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview. Now the prompting is working and it solved the new errors that had arrived after the migration. However is 3.1 still having issues since I am really not too keen on using Gemini 3 Flash preview as default?

Four days have passed, the month is almost over, and Google still hasn’t managed to fix a problem that it caused itself with a completely botched update. This is a joke.Seriously, it would be more prudent for them to revert to the old version instead of trying to push through this update that they can’t fix.

Nothing is working, man. They managed to break the entire system, and instead of reverting to the previous version, they’ve been persisting with the same error for over four days.System down for everyone after 4 days. Congratulations Google, you achieved the impossible.

The update history has become a joke; I’ve been trying to fix the same error for four days.
