Is this an admission that AI is a … investment? I was here working to fix the problem for you, for free, and instead, you just remove a coding agent vastly superior to 3.8 Flash. I don’t think you have ever tried using Flash 3.8 High on a really serious project, but it absolutely falls flat.
Whatever code “benchmarks” you decided to test, we all know damn well there is no coding benchmark that work for LLMs, they’re undeterministic, and you can’t capture days and days of work on projects with a benchmark that does a bit of vibecoding and says “It’s better than Pro” because it runs faster at baby problems.
Why?
Is it too expensive? I bet it is, if you put it in every damn app you can think of, of course it’s expensive, but now you’re just punishing users.
