Tflite and tflitemicro of interpreter of same model and from same environment and same file is not giving bit exact output

Hi All,

I am trying to understand if the outputs between tflm in C and python in the same environment will be bit exact or not. Am running the same model with python interpreter and C interpreter and their output are not matching. Appreciate help
