Hello. I am experiencing a catastrophic drop in synthesis speed for the en-US-Chirp3-HD-Algieba voice. Previously, a request to generate 120-180 minutes of audio took less than 30 minutes. Now, generating 5 minutes of audio takes more than 10 minutes. There were no changes to the code, settings, or text type on my part. The problem has been observed since August 28. Please investigate the cause of such a performance drop.
