Tensorflow stipend application error

Hello everyone!
I’m currently in the process of learning TF and I was planning on applying for the TF Exam Stipend because of financial difficulties at the moment. The problem is that I can’t access the application form. When I try to click on This application form to be redirected to it, it shows a 500 Server Error. I’ve already sent an email to tensorflow-certificate-support@google.com but with no apparent answer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
