System Instructions fail - can't write into the area when trying to edit this

Unable to type into the system instruction panel. Even when the drop-down appears in the panel activates, they are unable to click into the text area. This is happening, while i am live streaming on Windows 11 and using the currently up to date version of the Chrome browser

System instructions should be added before initiating streaming, i.e., prior to clicking on Talk to Gemini.
