System Instructions fail - can't write into the area when trying to edit this

Unable to type into the system instruction panel. Even when the drop-down appears in the panel activates, they are unable to click into the text area. This is happening, while i am live streaming on Windows 11 and using the currently up to date version of the Chrome browser
