Subject: Gemini 4 Argon marked as “Unavailable” despite active Google AI Pro subscription (Entitlement Desync)

Hi Antigravity Support Team,

I am experiencing an account entitlement synchronization issue where Gemini 4 Argon is marked as “Unavailable” in the Antigravity Desktop App model picker, despite having an active paid Google AI Pro plan.

Account & System Details:

  • Active Subscription: Google AI Pro (5 TB tier)
  • Billing / Subscription Method: Direct Google AI Pro / Google Play Subscription
  • Region / Country: Australia (AEDT)
  • Platform: Windows 11 ARM64 (Surface Pro 12, Qualcomm Snapdragon X)
  • Antigravity Client: Antigravity Desktop App v2.26.0 (ARM64)

Observed Behavior:

  1. In the model selector dropdown, “Gemini 4 Argon” is greyed out and marked with the status “Unavailable (i)”.
  2. The model picker is currently falling back to the base tier: it displays “Gemini 3.8 Flash Medium”, “Claude Sonnet 4.6”, and “Claude Opus 4.6”, rather than the expected Pro tier models (Gemini 4 Argon and Claude 5.5).
  3. Google One confirms my Google AI Pro subscription is fully active.

Troubleshooting Steps Already Completed:

  • Fully signed out of the Antigravity application and signed back in.
  • Cleared local session cache and restarted the Antigravity client.
  • Verified network connection (no VPN or proxy active).

Request:
It appears my Google Account’s OAuth token in Antigravity has not inherited the pro_tier_entitlement binding from Google One / Google Play billing services. Could you please check my account’s backend entitlement state and force a manual entitlement synchronization for Antigravity?

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi @YaAmbe,

Welcome to the Forum,

Thank you for the detailed report and the steps you’ve already tried. On Google AI Pro, Gemini 4 Argon and the Claude 5.5 models require a paid (non-trial) subscription (see the footnotes at Choose a model | Google Antigravity Docs). Since your model picker shows Claude Sonnet 4.6 and Opus 4.6 instead of Claude 5.5, your plan is most likely still classified as a trial or promotional period.

Since you have already signed out and cleared the cache, please instead check your plan status at https://one.google.com/settings:

  • If it shows a trial or promotional period, you can switch to a paid Google AI Pro plan by submitting a request at https://one.google.com/support.
  • If it shows an active paid Google AI Pro plan, please reply with roughly when your paid billing started and whether you subscribed.
