Stuck on Restart to update

Is it the ide bug?
Me Click on restart to update and Antigravity didnt open
Manually open the ide and showing me restart to update,
So Kinda stuck on this step, cannot really update

I followed this.
I am still getting restart on update.
When i do restart on update it just gets uninstalled.
