Structured output in Thinking/Non-Thinking mode

In my project work is to give pdf to ai and get the json with question and answer in it. but when i use think mode the response is with the thoughts making the repsonse unnstructured for my code to be detected the json.

I used the basic sturcture json for non-thinking mode. and rely on thinking model to give seprate json ad thoughts. But the “gemini-2.5-flash” never focuses on instructions,and gives the solution website and useless content in json.
