Session resumption for gemini-3.1-flash-live-preview does not seem to work with long systemInstructions

Was able to have Gemini remember details from a conversation after closing and reopening websockets connection and pasting in latest sessionResumptionUpdate.handle. However, this stops working with a systemInstruction of about 200 tokens.

Can somebody confirm whether the bug has been fixed?
