Requesting manual teardown of orphaned Starter Tier app to release subdomain

Hello AI Studio Team,
I accidentally deleted my app workspace from my AI Studio dashboard before clicking “Unpublish.” Because this was on the Starter Tier, the deployment is still active and holding onto my desired subdomain.

Could an administrator please perform a manual teardown on this orphaned deployment so the name can be released for reuse?

Hello @Gary_Lau ,

  • You need to manually delete the cloud run service by going to the GCP console. Follow the below steps:

    • Go to Cloud run services here: https://console.cloud.google.com/run/services. Do not click on the cloud run instance, stay on the services page. Make sure you are in the right GCP project.

    • Select the service corresponding to the AI Studio App.

    • Delete the service.
