Request for Project / App Recovery - TheoHub

Hello Google Support Team,

I am reaching out to request the recovery of my project/application TheoHub, which was hosted/managed via Google AI Studio and Google Cloud.

Here are the specific details of my project:

  • Project ID: 5426421978..

  • Associated Domain: theohub-542642197886.europe-west2.run.app

The project appears to be deleted or inaccessible, and I urgently need to restore it as it contains critical development work. Could you please check if it is possible to recover this project or guide me on the steps to restore it?

Could you please check the following points,

  • Double check they’re signed into AI Studio with the correct google login.
  • Let them know if they deleted it in AI studio, it can’t be recovered.
  • If they believe they didn’t delete it and are logged in with the correct login, ask them to describe what happened. Did they just open AI studio and see the app wasn’t there one day, or were there problems / issues before that?
