My application has been suspended with the message: “App suspended for abuse. This app was suspended for violations of our policies.”
I respectfully request a manual review of this suspension. The application is currently under development and is intended exclusively for university teaching and academic research. It is designed to collect dietary records and food-related habits using preassigned pseudonymous participant codes. It is not intended to generate medical diagnoses, prescribe treatments, produce harmful content, or perform fraudulent, automated, or abusive activities.
The application must not provide individualized clinical recommendations. Its function is limited to recording information entered by students and storing it in a spreadsheet for subsequent academic analysis.
I believe the suspension may have resulted from an incorrect automated classification related to terms concerning diet, weight, height, or health habits. I am willing to modify any instruction or functionality that may be interpreted as non-compliant.
I request:
- a manual review by an authorized reviewer;
- identification of the specific policy or content that triggered the suspension;
- restoration of access to the application and its source code;
- confirmation that the project and its files will be preserved during the review;
- specific guidance on any changes required for compliance.
