Request for Data Deletion — Sensitive Personal Information Processed via Google AI Studio (Free Tier)

Hi Google AI Studio / Gemini Privacy Team,

I am a California resident requesting assistance with the deletion of personal data under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

I started using Google AI Studio (Free Tier) on August 31, 2025.

According to my usage dashboard:

  • Gemini-2.5-Pro: activity from September 2 – 5, 2025

  • Gemini-2.5-Flash-Lite: activity from October 2 – 12, 2025

During this period, I connected the API through my OpenWebUI environment, which accessed a local knowledge base containing sensitive personal information belonging to me and my spouse. This included:

  • Personally identifiable information (PII)

  • Address and contact details

  • State IDs, passport numbers, and Social Security Numbers

  • Bank account and financial details

  • Dates of birth, immigration, and medical information

I recently learned that content submitted via Unpaid Services (such as AI Studio and the unpaid Gemini API quota) may be retained or reviewed to improve Google products. Because this may include very sensitive data, I would like to request your help to ensure it is removed.

Specifically, I’m asking for:

  1. Deletion of all content, logs, cached data, embeddings, or related materials associated with my account for Sept 1 – Oct 12 2025.

  2. Clarification on whether any of this data has been used for training, fine-tuning, or evaluation.

  3. As a precaution, removal of any remaining data from the past 90 days linked to my account.

  4. Confirmation once the deletion process is complete.

I understand these requests may take time, and I appreciate your assistance in handling them carefully given the sensitivity of the information involved.

Please let me know if additional verification is required.

Thank you very much for your help and attention to this matter.

Kind regards,

Nitish Dhar
