We would like to request allowlist access for our Vertex AI project to use the Gemini 3 Pro Image Preview model for an internal beta program.

Use case description:
We are building an AI-powered image generation and editing application currently in closed internal beta testing. The application allows users to generate and edit images through natural language instructions, supporting multi-turn image editing workflows. We specifically require gemini-3-pro-image-preview due to its superior multi-turn image generation and editing accuracy compared to other available models.

Scale & usage estimate:

  • Current phase: Internal beta testing

  • Active testers: ~100 internal users

  • Estimated daily requests: ~1,000 requests/day

  • Estimated daily token usage:

    • Input: ~1.06M tokens/day

    • Image output: ~1.12M tokens/day

    • Text output: ~0.2M tokens/day

  • Estimated monthly spend: ~$4,000–$5,000 USD (Standard PayGo)

  • Testing duration: 30 days, with plans to scale to production post-GA

Production readiness:

  • GCP billing account is active and linked

  • Vertex AI API is enabled (aiplatform.googleapis.com)

  • Region configured: global endpoint

  • We are committed to complying with Google’s Generative AI usage policies

We understand this model is in Public Preview and subject to Pre-GA terms. We are prepared to accept those terms and would appreciate expedited review given our active beta timeline.

Hi @BoshengLei — same boat, my team is also waiting on allowlist
(applied 4 weeks ago, still nothing). We built a workaround that’s
giving us Pro/Flash access in production while we wait. PM if you
