Rate limited and no response from tier increase request

I recieved this error:
GeminiAI: ERROR - Error analyzing segment: 429 You exceeded your current quota. and would like to upgrade my tier, i have requested this over a week ago with no reply.

can you give us more info on which tier you were using and also can you give us the entire 429 error message.

also give us more info on which model that you are using

hi- i am having a similiar issue. i am using nano banana and built a little mini app to run with it. i am on tier 1 but requested tier 2. any way to escalate this? not sure when i will hear back.

there is no way to escalate this process as there are some safety checks that the account has to go through after you requested for tier upgrade.

thanks for the reply- any idea how long they normally take? i havent heard anything- i want to be able to scale this idea rapidly.
