We have a TIER 3 Ai ULTRA ACCT, this issue is going on week 2 pls allow publishing rights for paid customers thank you!

HELP! Please restore PUBLISHING rights for PAID Accts! The migration was supposed to be complete by March 9th, today is March 12th and we still can’t publish our new apps. It’s going on week 3, This is slowing our progress down to deploy our apps. Is there a Support Portal available to escalate this issue?
