Google released an update a few days ago removing support for MP3 encoding in Journey voices. Right now it is only possible to use LINEAR16 or MULAW. Check your app!

I did a hot fix commit yesterday, hope Google’s judges understand

I’m using ogg, but I am using the default voice. Do you have a reference to the issue?
