Introduction: I am proposing a “Synchronised Reading Mode” to support Dual-Input Immersion- a learning method where users read and listen simultaneously to firmly register complex information.
The Problem(System Friction) : Currently, when Gemini reads a long response, the text remains static. This forces the user to manually scroll to keep pace with the audio. Every manual touch creates a micro-cognitive break, shifting focus from content absorption to device management and breaking the learning flow.
The solution:
Implement a Synchronized Auto-Scroll Toggle that :
- Automatically moves the viewpoint at the speed of the Text-to-Speech(TTS) engine.
- Anchors the “active” spoken sentence to the top third of the screen.
- Allows users to toggle this “Hands-free flow” on or off.
The Impact:
- Zero-Friction Learning: Eliminates UI distractions for high-intensity users.
- Accessibility : Provides essential dual-sensory reinforcement for neurodivergent learning styles.
