hi when i run a code without gpu it runs fine. but trying to run with cuda and cudnn gives this error? any solutions

Just to check that your GPU environment is configured correctly can you try to run your code in our prepared GPU image:

thank you for the reply. when i installed a lower version of cuda and cudnn it started to work. thank you
