Hi, I’m getting persistent 503 UNAVAILABLE errors on generateContent with file_data (File API) after my account exceeded Free tier limits. Upgrading to Tier 1 Prepay did not fix the issue.
- Text-only requests work fine (200 OK)
- Any request with file_data returns 503 immediately
- Issue affects all projects and API keys under my account
- VPN does not help
- Same code works on a different Google account
Models tested: gemini-2.5-flash, gemini-2.5-pro, gemini-2.5-flash-lite - all return 503 with file_data
